Meet Daniel Lowes 3Folds

Daniel Lowes, also known by his artist name 3Folds, is a Canadian musician, vocalist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist with a passion for rock, alternative rock, and punk music.

Daniel’s musical journey began at just 8 years old, when he picked up a guitar that had been handed down to him by his father. Although his father never really played it, that guitar became the starting point of Daniel’s journey. He spent several years teaching himself before eventually taking guitar lessons and continuing to develop his skills.

Since beginning his music career around 2000, Daniel has continued to explore different sides of music. He plays guitar, bass, and piano, as well as performing vocals and producing music.

Music Inspired by Real Life

Daniel’s music is often connected to real experiences. Many of his songs tell stories about things happening in his own life, while songs written with friends can reflect their personal experiences and stories as well.

His musical influences include artists such as Carlos Santana and Fall Out Boy, while his own style is mainly rooted in rock, alternative rock, and punk.

Daniel’s journey has also been shaped by his experience living with epilepsy. Rather than allowing his circumstances to stop him from pursuing music, his experiences became part of what pushed him to continue following his passion.

Music With a Purpose

Music has also given Daniel an opportunity to give back. During his journey, some of his charitable donations were raised through his music performances.

To date, Daniel has donated over $5,000 to epilepsy-related causes and has also supported other charitable causes, including cancer-related causes and organizations helping children in need.

For Daniel, music is not simply about performing. It is also about sharing experiences, connecting with people, and using what he loves to make a positive difference.
